At STEM2Youth, we are dedicated to sparking curiosity and a love for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) in young minds across Virginia. We believe every child deserves access to high-quality, hands-on, project-based STEM education, regardless of background or resources. Our approach empowers students to explore real-world challenges, develop creative problem-solving skills, and build a lasting foundation for future innovation.
We envision a future where every child has the opportunity to explore STEM fields through hands-on, project-based learning. By engaging in real-world challenges and creative problem-solving, students will unlock their potential and contribute to a brighter, more innovative world.
STEM2Youth is a student-founded organization, by members of South Lakes High School, dedicated to spreading the wonders of technology to elementary school students across Northern Virginia.
As innovative high schoolers, we are driven by a passion to bring the exciting world of STEM to local communities. Our volunteer-led initiative organizes engaging after-school STEM programs for elementary school students, introducing them to the concepts of the fields of engineering and coding.
By igniting their curiosity and providing hands-on learning experiences, we strive to inspire the next generation of young minds to explore and excel in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Join us in shaping a brighter future through the power of STEM education!
